Introduction

The Enhanced Inbound Service Statistics feature introduces a streamlined way to monitor inbound service data across all managed domains. This update includes a centralized statistics page, customizable aggregation intervals, and advanced data export options to support in-depth analysis.

Prerequisites

• Access to the DuoCircle Portal
• An active Inbound Services subscription (Email Gateway, MX Backup, Email Forwarding, or Phish Protection)

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Access the Account-Level Statistics Page

   Upon signing in to the DuoCircle Portal, locate the Account Tools section on the main page.

   • A link to the new statistics tool is visible for accounts with active inbound services.
   • If inbound services are not active, this link will not appear.

Statistics can now be aggregated and viewed at customizable intervals:

• Daily
• Monthly

Adjust these settings within the tool to suit your analysis needs.

New downloadable file exports provide additional insights, including information not visible in the current web UI:

• Raw Data in JSON format
• Summary in XLSX format

These files include data on:

• False Positive/False Negative (FP/FN) reporting
• Phish Protection usage

Note: While this information is not yet available in the web UI, it will be addressed in future updates.
