Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of protection to your account by requiring a second verification step. This guide provides a step-by-step process to enable 2FA using the DuoCircle Portal.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the DuoCircle Portal
  • Your account credentials to log in
  • A secure method to store your backup password.

Step by Step Instructions

  • Log in to the DuoCircle Portal: 
  • Access Security Settings: 
    • Go to your account settings. Select the Security Settings tab.
  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication: 
    • Click the Enable button to activate Two-Factor Authentication.
  • Get Started with Setup: 
    • Click Get Started to begin the setup process.
  • Confirm Verification: 
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the verification process.
  • Secure Your Backup Password:
    • Copy the provided backup password. Store it in a safe and secure location for future use



    • Select Security Settings ---> Click to enable




  • Click Get Started


  • Configure your 2FA client




  • Confirm Verification
